Therapy Fund vs College Fund

It was a normal day, the kind that end in y. The kind of day that 6 year old girls can summarize 11 years of marriage is one sentence.

After bickering over the syrup and other key political issues, the small girl in the house looks at her two mentors that will shape her future and says, "You guys don't get along very well do you?"

Hmmm, that's why we have a therapy fund instead of a college fund. We are a keenly self aware family that proactively deals with their reality.

Thank God there's "love: to replace what's missing in the "like" some days.

Lady Bug Lady Bug

"Mommy, look at the cute lady bug I found, isn't it cute?"

Lady bug is perfectly still.

"Mommy, I found it outside, her little legs are all curled up."

"Is it dead?"

"Yea, I think so."

2 hours later, I walk in the bathroom.

"Ready for bed?"

"I'm giving my lady bug a bath first."

Sure enough, shiny clean dead lady bug perched on the blanket I just washed.

Little girl and dead bug climb the stairs to bed.

Good night all.

Auburn: on golf - age 5

Golf must be really hard. You have to dig that hole to put the ball in and everything.
